The annual Bishopscourt race meeting,  has been struck with a late blow due to the withdrawal of the Pirelli Supercar Championship.

Due to noise restrictions, the ever popular race track among drivers in Downpatrick, Co. Down is only permitted to run a very small number of events annually and the organisers  are doing everything they can to fill the gap with another class to make the event feasible.

It is likely that the Pirelli Supercars were unable to fill the required number of entries unfortunately and we can only hope the organisers manage to put a plan in place to allow the event to run.
