The Boss Ireland (Big Open Single Seater) series took to a drenched Mondello Park in Co. Kildare for their Saturday race last weekend.  Qualifying on pole position, Meath man Cian Carey led the pack through the international circuit.  Knowing the track well and was the 2016 BOSS champion Carey (car no. 19) was un-challanged winning by over 12 seconds in his Chris Pittman prepared Dallara Formula 3 VW powered 2.0l machine.  Carey is currently racing in the F3 Cup championship in the UK.

Team mate to Carey, Gino Ussi (car no. 10) came in 2nd with Paul Dagg (car no. 99) took the final spot on the podium.
